Cashback is valid for 24 hours and can be claimed only once per reference period. The wagering requirement depends on your account status:

• BASIC: Cashback not available;
• PRESTIGE: 7X wagering requirement;
• ELITE: 4X wagering requirement;
• SUPREME: 2X wagering requirement.

Cashback percentage depends on your net results for the past week. The more you lose, the higher the cashback:

• 100–200 € – 2% cashback.
• 201–400 € – 3% cashback.
• 401–800 € – 4% cashback.
• 801–1 600 € – 5% cashback.
• 1 601–3 200 € – 6% cashback.
• 3 201–6 400 € – 8% cashback.
• 6 401–13 000 € – 9% cashback.
• 13 001 € or more – 10% cashback.

All currencies used during the calculation period are converted and counted toward cashback eligibility.

Cashback is credited in the account’s active currency, using the exchange rate at the time of calculation.

Cashback is calculated based on the net result of slot game bets only, minus any bonuses received during the period.

Cashback is only granted on slot games and cannot exceed your total net loss during the period.

Cashback is awarded only once per reference period.

Cashback is not available to duplicate accounts.
